The finishing of the rotor shaft refers to the fine processing of the outer circle of the rotor shaft. This step is a key process to ensure the accuracy of the motor air gap and the performance of the motor. Any defects in this process will eventually manifest as uneven air gaps, which will seriously affect the performance of the motor.

Precision grinder equipment (grinding accuracy can reach 0.0005mm), the processed rotor shaft is subjected to fine grinding (the bearing position of the shaft, the mechanical seal position, and the press-fitting part of the rotor blank are ground) to ensure the installation requirements of the rotor shaft (Bright and clean degree: 6 ), the mechanical seal of the rotor shaft is treated with a mirror finish (Bright and clean degree: 8).
